However, our notaries have the right to charge a $60 cancellation fee if 24 hours notice is not given prior to cancellation of an appointment. This includes but is not limited to situations such as: attorney or client(s) dealing with sickness or death; attorney or client(s) not able to keep appointment time; client(s) do not have valid ID to present to Notary; client(s) do not have capacity to sign; attorney(s) not able to draft documents in time; attorney or client(s) not ready to sign for any reason.
